Bob Nugent, Senior Consultant

Bob joined AMI in August 2007 after 22 years as a Naval Officer.  Bob most recently served as Director of Command and Control Programs for the Navy’s acquisition staff in the Pentagon.  Bob graduated with distinction from the Naval War College in 2003 and has attended the Naval Postgraduate School and Defense Language Institute where he studied Russian.  Most recently Bob received his M.B.A in 2007 from Marymount University in Arlington Virginia.

Bob’s career assignments included Assistant Naval Attache in Moscow, Current Intelligence department head in London, and analytic and watch officer assignments in Hawaii, South Korea, and Japan.  He has also been Staff Intelligence Officer afloat for expeditionary and aviation units.  He has expertise in naval, maritime, C4, and aerospace markets and his skills sets include strategic planning, naval systems, tactics, and platform analysis; market risk research; business process improvement; and international project management.
